Nice to meet you! I'm Julia Allard. I'm a 500-hr certified Yoga Instructor, certified Integrative Nutrition Health coach, certified hormone specialist, I have my bachelor's degree in Nutrition, and a Reiki practitioner. I am extremely passionate about health/ wellness and helping others achieve better health! In addition to helping others, I have also been on my own health/ healing journey for the last 10 years.
